After you have filled out and submitted the form below, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from us
confirming receipt of your withdrawal at the email address you provided in the form. We will then review
the validity of your withdrawal within a maximum of 5 days. If it is valid, we will send you another email
confirming the successful withdrawal of your registration. We will then refund any fees you may have already paid.
If our review determines that your withdrawal is not valid, you will also receive an email from us explaining
the reasons. In this case, a refund of any fees paid will not be possible.
